Cancellation Policy
We allow cancellations only if the item has not been shipped or produced. If eligible, your order will be fully refunded. We are unable to cancel orders after the item has left our facility.
Return Conditions
Products may be returned within 14 days after delivery. To be accepted, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaged as received. Proof of purchase is required. Returns made directly to the manufacturer will not be processed.
Shipping fees will be charged only once, and no restocking fees apply.
Refund Information
After your return is inspected, we will email you the result. Approved refunds will be credited back to the payment method used during purchase, typically within several days.
